Highly recommend, spacious rooms with an interior mixing of old and modern styles. Clean, with amenities at your disposal. A vast choice for breakfast. There is a lift, so you dont have to carry your luggage as it happens in a lot of other places. Reception is 24/7, and location is very close to the metro station. Good value for money.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Unfortunately we experienced a terrible service and a bad treatment from the owners. We stayed for one night and when we wanted to take a shower there weren’t hot water so we had to go out with only towels on and called the guy in the reception for help. He said that for some reason the boiler was shut off and told us to wait until there will be hot water again. We had to wait for approximately 30 minutes for hot water. In the next morning when we talked with the owner about the incident he said there was nothing wrong with the room and it happened because we took a long shower (which was obviously not the truth) and said that everything was fine with the room despite the fact that the evening before his employee said that the boiler was closed (and does he really thinks that I wanted to wait more than 30 minutes wearing only a towel and waiting to shower?!) .There was no compensation and a very bad treatment. The only good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the metro. To summarise, my worst experience from an hotel, don't go to it.

We recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, it was a very disappointing experience. The photos are misleading and do not accurately depict the actual experience. The reality was quite different from what was portrayed. The breakfast was terrible - the food was cold and not fresh, and even though we came in the middle of the breakfast hours, there was very little food left and nobody bothered to bring out any more. It was an extremely disappointing start to the day. To make matters worse, the noise level in the hotel was incredibly high in the late night. The courtyard was constantly filled with noise from the restaurant and its workers, who also seemed to smoke constantly, making the entire place smell awful. It was impossible to get a good night's sleep with all the noise and cigarette smoke filling the air. To top it all off, the rooms and bathrooms were in terrible condition. Everything was in need of renovation or proper cleaning, with rust and plinths coming off the walls. It was clear that the hotel hadn't been maintained or updated in a long time, and it was not a comfortable or enjoyable place to stay. Overall, I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. The only benefit is that it is close to the metro and center. It's simply not worth the money, and there are plenty of other options out there that are much better value for your money. Don't make the same mistake we did - save your money and stay somewhere else.
